This morning we met at the Church of St John the Baptist in Burford, before getting in the car and setting off to visit the Farmer's Dog Pub. Jeremy Clarkson's new pub. Unfortunately, not open at 10:30. We couldn't even have a cup of coffee as they can't source the beans from England!
On the way to Bibury, we stopped for a coffee at the Coln Cafe. David got in conversation with a couple sitting next to us and enjoyed a conversation about guitars. This couple also mentioned the Classic Car showroom just the other side of Bibury.
Bibury was surprisingly busy on this November day and there was nowhere to park. But, I let David and Debrah out to walk up and down Arlington Row. Then onto the classic cars. There were some beautiful cars here and both of them thoroughly enjoyed this visit.
It was now time to head back to Burford . It was a great day and a half with you and I think there were some special memories, not least meeting the ganekeeper in the middle of a pheasant shoot. I hope you have a wonderful cruise.
